Red Tiger Launches Timed Jackpot Games At Michigan Online Casinos

Thanks to Red Tiger, there are now more chances for Michigan online casino players to win a progressive jackpot.

The online slot provider is bringing its timed, daily jackpots to the Great Lakes State. The daily progressive jackpots will be available at four Michigan online casinos, and first went live at FanDuel Casino MI.

Red Tiger is the only supplier in the US to offer timed jackpots. They are also available in Connecticut, Ontario and Quebec.

There are 48 Red Tiger games that offer the timed jackpots, and each has two progressive jackpots — a daily and a mini. The daily progressive typically starts at $1,000, while the mini starts at $100.

But here’s where things get interesting. Each operator sets the daily jackpot to be hit before a certain time of day. FanDuel Casino Michigan had its daily jackpots scheduled to hit before 11 p.m. on Monday.

“We’re very excited to be launching jackpot games in Michigan (Jan. 25),” Jeff Millar, Chief Commercial Officer North America at Evolution, said in a release. “Our unique timed jackpot mechanic will create a sense of excitement amongst players, a thrill that can only come from this countdown effect. We are constantly looking to build on our partnerships and strengthen our relationships with North American operators, and we look forward to launching Red Tiger jackpots in all approved jurisdictions across North America.”

Michigan casinos with daily timed progressive jackpots

FanDuel was the first Michigan online casino to offer the daily progressive jackpots from Red Tiger. They have since been added to BetRivers Casino MI and BetMGM Michigan Casino.

Michigan’s newest online casino, SI Casino MI, also has daily jackpots, although the games are not from Red Tiger. Section 8 Studios, the in-house game studio for 888 Holdings, provides those games.

At FanDuel, the daily jackpots are prominently displayed within the app. There’s a banner on the scrolling game-type menu, a featured section and a live counter that includes the current jackpot and amount of time left to win it.

On BetRivers, they are under the Daily Cash Drop section.

Among the online slot games available with the daily jackpot feature are 777 Strike, Cash Volt, Clash of the Beasts and Vault Cracker.
