DraftKings Sportsbook Promo Michigan October 2021

DraftKings Sportsbook is serving up an outstanding promo offer for new users: If your first NFL moneyline bet wins, you can earn 40 times your winnings’ worth of free bets.

The bet has to be your first after deposit and a stake of at least $5. But considering you can pocket $200 in free bets with a victory, you can turn that $5 into a lot more this football season.

The No. 1 sportsbook for Michigan sports betting is making a strong push for new customers as we near the midpoint of the NFL betting season. This is the type of promotion that could spur even more growth for the industry powerhouse.

How new DraftKings Sportsbook promo offer works

Remember, this offer is for new users only.

Here’s how it works: Click on the link above to get the process started, and make a deposit at least $5 from now through 11:50 p.m.ET on November 7, 2021.

Following the deposit, for your first bet, make a pre-game standard moneyline wager on any NFL game that starts from now until Nov. 7. Live bets, cash outs, free bets, odds boosts and voided bets are not eligible to be the qualifying bet.

If your bet wins, in addition to the winnings from the qualifying wager, you will be issued eight $25 free bets, totaling $200 in free bets.

The free bets will only be valid for the next seven days, though, after which point they will void. Also remember that free bets don’t pay out the stake, only the winnings.

In addition to Michigan, this offer is also good for Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Wyoming and West Virginia.

DraftKings now No. 1 in Michigan sports betting

It’s sign-up deals like these, along with strong and consistent promotional bonuses for existing customers, that have been a key ingredient in DraftKings becoming a Michigan sports betting powerhouse.

Sports fans here already knew the name from years of daily fantasy sports marketing. Plus, that sector created a built-in customer base.

Rival FanDuel Sportsbook had the early edge in Michigan, taking the most online sports betting handle in each of the first seven months since the Jan. 22 online launch.

However, DraftKings took over the top spot in August, and then maintained the lead in September during a huge month for the market.

DK is looking ahead to big things in Michigan too, as there are future plans for a branded retail sportsbook at Bay Mills Casino in Brimley of the Upper Peninsula, in addition to a branded downtown Detroit sports bar, in partnership with Sports & Social.
