Caesars Sportsbook & Casino is trying to make the holidays a little more exciting this year with the Great Gift Wrap Up 2021.
From now until December, users can play their favorite casino games or place sports wagers to earn points. Those points can be redeemed at a year-end event for premium merchandise.
That merchandise can make for a holly jolly Christmas for you and your family.
How the Great Gift Wrap Up works
To be eligible for the promotion, users need to just be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States.
You also need to be a Caesars Rewards member. Membership is free, and people can join at any Caesars Rewards Center online at caesars.com/program. You can also join at any Caesars Rewards branded online casino or sportsbook, or via the Play by Caesars Rewards Mobile App.
Throughout the promotional period, all eligible participants who play at any of the participating properties, using their Caesars Rewards card, can earn bonus gift points. That accumulation comes in addition to their Caesars reward credits and tier credits.
Gift points are tallied based on the number of reward credits accumulated during the promotional period through “tracked play.”
Participants will earn approximately 1 gift point for every 1 reward credit accumulated during the promotional period. For example, if a participant earns 5 reward credits, they will earn 5 gift points.

Where can Great Gift Wrap Up points be earned?
Points can be earned at a number of Caesars properties across the country, as well as online.
If you’re looking to earn credits physically at a casino, Caesars Windsor across the Canadian border will be your closest option relative to Michigan and metro Detroit.
However, Caesars Online Sportsbook & Casino is available here throughout Michigan, and points can also be accumulated through their online app and website.
Users will just need to link their loyalty program account at that location to their Caesars Rewards account. Accounts that are not linked will not earn gift points.
What can be purchased with Gift Points?
As gift points accumulate, users will have two opportunities to use those points to make purchases.
The main shopping events will be:
- Digital Main Event: Nov. 4-7 (shopping done online at greatgiftwrapup.com)
- Caesars Palace Ballroom Main Event: Dec. 6-12 (shopping done in-person)

Redeeming the gifts in-person
When doing the in-person shopping, it’s important to know some of the details.
According to Caesars, here are key points to redeeming your rewards:
- May only be redeemed in person during the event. If part of the online event, that means you are using your account and points to shop.
- Participants are required to stay at one of the participating properties during the promotional period or during the event to participate in this promotion. To make a reservation at one of the participating properties, call 1-866-WRAPUP1.
- During the event, gift points may be redeemed for various prizes.
Caesars specifies that every effort will be made for the gifts to be delivered by Dec. 25, 2021. However, that delivery date is subject to weather-related delays and holiday mail volume that would be beyond their control.
