WynnBET College Football Parlay September 2021

We’ll start this report with the usual disclaimer that multi-leg parlays are unlikely to hit, whether in college football or most any sport.

But of course, every day in the Michigan sports betting world features parlay scores with varying degrees of difficulty. Some of them are downright wild.

That’s the case for a 54-year-old man from Michigan, who closed a 14-leg parlay win Monday night through WynnBET Sportsbook. The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, turned his $10 bet into $79,935.70 of winnings, according to a Tuesday afternoon news release from WynnBET.

The man was betting on defense throughout the parlay, which started on Aug. 28 with Fresno State blanking UConn, 45-0.

He cliched the victory when Louisville and Mississippi didn’t hit the 75.5-point total Monday night in a 43-24 win for Ole Miss.

Michigan, Western Michigan, Central Michigan helped man to big win

It stands to reason that betting unders early in the college football season has some validity, especially if you believe defenses will be more prepared for prime time than offenses.

That was the case for our guy, as the unders for these 14 games came through in one of the wackier college football parlays you’re likely to see come through this season.

They were:

Monday

  • Ole Miss 43, Louisville 24 (67 points); Total: 75.5

Saturday

  • Missouri 34, Central Michigan 24 (58 points); Total: 60.5
  • Utah State 26, Washington State 23 (49 points); Total: 64.5
  • Michigan 47, Western Michigan 14 (61 points); Total: 67.5
  • Oregon 31, Fresno State 24 (55 points); Total: 61.5
  • Purdue 30, Oregon State 21 (51 points); Total: 65.5
  • Texas A&M 41, Kent State 10 (51 points); Total: 65.5

Friday

  • Virginia Tech 17, North Carolina 10 (27 points); Total: 65.5
  • Charlotte 31, Duke 28 (59 points); Total: 60.5
  • Wake Forest 42, Old Dominion 10 (52 points); Total: 64.5

Thursday

  • Appalachian State 33, East Carolina 19 (52 points); Total: 59.5
  • North Carolina State 45, South Florida 0 (45 points); Total: 59.5
  • UCF 36, Boise State 31 (67 points); Total: 69.5

Aug. 28

  • Fresno State 45, Connecticut 0 (45 points); Total: 62.5

Of the crop, only a few were ones to sweat through, including 2.5-point unders on Thursday and Saturday and another with 1.5 points of cushion on Friday.

Michigan came through on Saturday in its win over Western Michigan, while Central Michigan contributed in its loss to Missouri.

It will be interesting to see if college football over/unders have a bit of a market correction going into this weekend.
