The 2022 NCAA Tournament will tip off starting on March 15 for the men and March 16 for the women.

Retail casinos and sportsbooks around the state will be embracing March Madness with special promotions and offers.

A losing bet could lead to a great opportunity for you at Little River Casino Resort as part of Replay Payday.

Turn your losing betting slip of at least $100 and print your full name and Players Club card number on the back. Then place it into the Sportsbook Roller Drum from now through March 20.

Gun Lake Casino Michigan will be holding a Shoot For Loot promotion for March Madness.

Tournament entries can be won now until March 16. Guests get one entry for every $100 bet at the sportsbook counter in the casino.

On March 16, 64 winners will be drawn to compete in a Shoot For Loot tournament that will take place on March 24. The Final Four remaining will then compete on April 2.

Top prize for the promotion is $5,000 in cash. Second will win $2,000 in free slot play, while the other two finalists will receive $500 in free slot play.

Bracket Challenge at Island Resort

Island Resort & Casino will be holding a Stack It for the Bracket Challenge.

Just fill out a bracket and bring it to Island Club by March 17 at noon ET. It costs $20 to enter, but you also get a free $20 bet at the TwinSpires kiosk.

The winning bracket for the contest gets $1,000. Second gets $500 and third gets $250. Plus, $100 will be given to the winner after each round.

Island Resort & Casino also is offering up room deals if you wager on the NCAA Tournament from March 17-20. For $100 cumulative bet per day, get a $39 room rate. If you bet $500 cumulatively per day, you earn a free room.
