Rams and Bengals Super Bowl Odds 2022

Super Bowl odds 2022 have remained fairly stable in the two weeks between the NFL Conference Championship games and Sunday’s showdown.

The Los Angeles Rams opened as more than a field goal favorite for their Super Bowl LVI matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, and have stayed there as kickoff draws near.

The Rams are listed as a -point favorite, and on the moneyline.

Cincinnati, meanwhile, is on the moneyline.

Those numbers can vary slightly from sportsbook to sportsbook, but have mostly remained steady at either 4 or 4.5 since each team secured their spot.

Small movement in the odds for Super Bowl is common leading up to the game. Eleven of the past 14 Super Bowls have had a closing line within a single point of the opening line.

The Bengals are 13-7 against the spread this season, which is third in the NFL. The Rams are right in the middle, as they’ve been 10-10 against the number this year.

Super Bowl over/under hovering near 50

The total for Sunday’s game (or over/under, as it’s commonly referred to) is . That number is near the league average for the season.

Each team averages 27.1 points per game, tied for seventh in the NFL. Their defenses are nearly identical, statistically, as well. The Rams are tied for 15th in the NFL in scoring defense, allowing 21.9 points per game, while the Bengals are 17th at 22.1.

As they have been against the spread, Rams’ games have been a toss-up on the total, as 10 have hit the over, nine the under, and one pushed. The Bengals, however, have had 12 of their 20 games pay the under.
