March Madness Bonuses: Sports Betting Sweet 16 Promos to Pounce On

March Madness Busted BRackets 2021 NCAA Tournament

Yeah, we’re right there with you: Our March Madness brackets are busted, too.

The first weekend of the NCAA Tournament was one of the wildest in recent memory. The average seed number of the teams advancing to the Sweet 16 was the highest in the 64/68-team bracket format.

All those upsets probably have you licking your financial wounds like the rest of us heading into the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight. With that in mind, here are some promotions and odds boosts to help you get back in the saddle.

New DraftKings Users: Bet $1, Win $100

If you haven’t yet signed up for DraftKings Sportsbook, the rest of March Madness brings quite the carrot for you to grab.

Any first-time depositor should look for the promotions page to select “boost this event” for any remaining game in the tournament. Be warned: Once that game is selected, your choice is locked in. After you make the choice, you have a one-time, +10000 odds boost on a $1 bet.

Successfully pick the proper moneyline on that game, and your $1 wager becomes $100. That’s the definition of low-risk, high-reward betting.

Don’t worry if you’re already a DraftKings customer. The company still has several special odds offers to consider.

If you think any of the remaining double-digit seeds — Syracuse, UCLA, Oregon State or Oral Roberts — will make the Final Four, who can get +230 odds, up from +160. Think Houston and Baylor will roll to the Elite Eight? You can get +560 odds for both teams winning by double digits. (Baylor is a 7-point favorite against Illinois. Houston is a 6-point favorite over Syracuse.)

Other 3-leg parlay boost are available, too. Do some experimenting to find your comfortable combination.

Lastly, don’t sleep on the Women’s NCAA Tournament, where Michigan is in the regional semifinals. You can receive a 25% profit boost on a game of your choice in that event on a bet up to $50.

Celebrate a 64-team bracket with William Hill

Yes, there are technically 68 teams in the NCAA Tournament now. But the March Madness brackets we pick are still those 64-team versions. And William Hill is nodding to that tradition with a special promotion if you make a $64 spread bet on a Sweet 16 game.

If anyone on the team you choose scores 16 points or more in that game, you’ll get a $16 free bet, whether your original wager cashes or fails. And if more than one person scores 16 points, that means more free bets for you.

Don’t forget these ongoing NCAA Tournament bonuses

Many sportsbooks will continue to roll out favorable deals between now and the weekend. Here are some we’ve kept an eye on:

At PointsBet, don’t forget about that bad-beat Karma Kommittee bonus. Make at least 10 bets totaling $200 on the tournament, and if you lose a bet in the final five seconds, email the company in the three days following the tournament to get a refund of up to $50. Plus, you can get simple spread boosters to +110, up from -110, on Loyola Chicago (-6.5 over Oregon State) and Oral Roberts (+11.5 against Arkansas.)

— Keep sending occasional bets in through FanDuel. At tournament’s end, they’ll choose one lucky bettor to win $1 million. And the sportsbook already surprised a customer with an extra $1 million prize after the second round.

UPDATED MARCH 25: And if you’re a new FanDuel user, register through the link below and make your first bet on any of the Sweet 16 teams except the Loyola-Oregon State game. Place up to a $5 bet at +3000 moneyline odds in either direction. Pick a winner, and that’ll put $150 in your pocket.

FoxBet is still offering an early-bird special. Bet $10 on the first game of the day, and you’ll receive a $10 free bet each day of the tournament. If you think the No. 1 seeds will roll in the regional semis, parlay Gonzaga, Baylor and Michigan to moneyline wins at collective +200 odds. Lastly, try your hand at $10 of blackjack in FoxBet’s online casino to receive a $5 sports bet, too.

Is that all for March Madness? … Maybe not.

We could see more promos appearing between now and tipoff Saturday. Check back at this space a time or two, and we’ll put updated offers here.
